The Trades, The Tile crew run by Andy did amazing. The quality of work seems very high, and very accurate. But most importantly to me is how clean they were. The really did a great job in cleaning up when they were done. This could be considered to be a small thing, but for me really stood out and set this project from “mostly happy or reasonably happy” to Extremely happy.
The carpet guy was great too, I don’t recall his name. The quality of work seems high, he was very approachable and professional. Very happy with his work as well. Thank you.

Our names are Christopher and Jennifer Ferguson and on Friday we had two of your tile trades in our Cochrane home to complete a project for Jayman Remodel. We apologize for not getting their names – we won’t forget them… their presence left a favorable impression on us and we want to express how impressed we were with their professionalism, ability to explain and work with us on tile layout, and how they were incredibly polite, respectful and accommodating.
We felt so bad when our instructions for the bar tile layout were not properly communicated to them – and want to express that it was no fault of theirs whatsoever. The projects they completed look amazing! We are sending this email outside of our Jayman contacts because we feel it important to acknowledge those trades that have shown us they are passionate about their job, go above and beyond and have treated our home as they would their own. We can’t believe we know so much about this dynamic husband and wife duo – who live in Aspen, have two cats, loved our French Bulldogs so much and were just a delight to have at our home – but their names evade us completely. Their work, however, represents their skill, ability and pride in the job they do – so thank you again for sending an awesome representative of your company to help us create the downstairs space for our family. When we are ready to finish the last space in the house we know who we will contact to complete any additional tile projects.Â
