In-store selection/sales protocol for Covid-19:

• Before booking a selection or proceeding with an in-store sales consultation, we require that you be able to answer NO to the following questions:
  • Is there any person in your home that has returned from out of the country in that last 2 weeks?
  • Is there anyone in your home or you’ve been in contact with that have Covid-19, is feeling sick or under self-isolation?
• Please bring gloves to your appointment, wash your hands thoroughly and maintain a 6-foot distance from all staff for the duration of your stay.
• We will do the following:
  • Wear gloves.
  • Maintain a 6-foot distance.
  • Wash our hands thoroughly before and after you visit.
  • Disinfect common areas throughout the day.
• At this time, we strongly advise to only do essential selections/sales consultations and put off anything that can be done at a later date.

Site measure protocol for Covid-19:

• Before booking a site measure, we require that you be able to answer NO to the following questions:
  • Is there any person in your home that has returned from out of the country in that last 2 weeks?
  • Is there anyone in your home or you’ve been in contact with that have Covid-19, is feeling sick or under self-isolation?
  • We then require a 6-foot distance from all people in your home for the duration of our measure.
• We will do the following:
  • Wear gloves.
  • Maintain a 6-foot distance.
  • Wash our hands thoroughly before and after our visit.
• At this time, we strongly advise to only do essential site measures and put off anything that can be done at a later date.
